Phasmophobia features four medium-sized maps that players can investigate: Maple Lodge Campsite, Prison, Sunny Meadows Restricted, and Bleasdale Farmhouse. Each offers unique challenges and layouts for ghost hunting.

Maple Lodge Campsite

• Mostly outdoor map with challenging evidence gathering
• Key areas: Entrance, Cabin, Staff Only Area, Reception Building, Bathrooms, and Pier
• Cursed Possessions are widely scattered
• String lights help with navigation

Prison

• Two-floor layout with multiple cell blocks
• Key areas: Main Hall, Cafeteria, A Block (west cells), B Block (east cells), and Infirmary
• Cursed Possessions spawn near entrance
• Complex navigation requires careful attention

Sunny Meadows Restricted

• Randomized layout each game
• Always includes Entrance area and Chapel
• One additional randomly selected wing:
  • Courtyard
  • Male Wing
  • Female Wing
  • Hospital Wing
  • Restricted Wing
• Cursed Possessions only spawn in Chapel

Bleasdale Farmhouse

• Recently reworked to medium size
• Features unique outdoor ghost room possibilities
• Key areas: Side path, Garden, Garden Porch, Living Room, Tea Room, Dining Room, Attic
• Special features:
  • Hidden witchy bedroom in attic
  • Lilith the animated spider
  • Dev pets featured on walls
  • Ouija Board spawns by fireplace couch
