HEROIC has announced that Viktor "maden" Apostolov will join their roster for the BLAST Bounty Hunt Finals. The Bulgarian rifler will step in as a substitute for Jakob "jabbi" Nygaard, who is currently sidelined due to illness.

maden, previously playing for ENCE until late 2023, brings considerable tier-1 experience to HEROIC. His most recent performance was with Into The Breach at the European RMR, where the team narrowly missed qualifying for the PGL Major Copenhagen.

The BLAST Bounty Hunt Finals, scheduled for January 16-21 in Copenhagen, will feature eight teams competing for a $200,000 prize pool. HEROIC's first match is against Cloud9 in the opening round.

HEROIC's temporary lineup for the tournament will be:
