Problem Gambling Outreach Event at Asheville-Buncombe Tech College
The Sunrise Peer-Led Problem Gambling Support Program is conducting outreach at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College's Elm Building during Problem Gambling Awareness Month. Program representatives will be available from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM to share educational materials and resources with students and staff.
Led by Certified Peer Support Specialists with lived experience, the program aims to reduce stigma and inspire hope. Our mission focuses on raising awareness about gambling addiction and developing comprehensive community support systems.
