Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in recreation, sports management, computer science, or related field
• Experience in staff training and supervision
• Proven esports gaming background
• Strong communication and computer skills

• Master's degree
• Experience in collegiate recreation or esports programming
• Demonstrated leadership in diverse environments
